Well boys and girls, its tan time once again. White is out and dark is in. Just as I’ve helped you build up those scrawny muscles of yours, I will help you get bronzed. I’ll go through lotions to use and how to use them.

Nick Summy's Tanning Regimen

Get a good lotion - using a lotion while tanning is the most important thing you could ever do. Your wasting your time
without using one. John Abate is the best brand to use. I'll list out the lotions you will need to use in the following order. These are tingle lotions, which mean they will make your skin feel like it's in the blue fires of hell, but thats ok, since no
pain equals no gain!

This is The Melaplus. The only thing you will use this for is to get a little tan at first If your already kind of tan move on to the next step. Otherwise just use it as a moisturizer when you get up in the morning and after your done tanning. Only use this on your body.

This is the Carotene Creme, use it the same as the Melaplus, except on your face.

Here's the Solarium Tanning Formula A, its a tingle factor 2 and it will help kick start your tan.

At this point you can start acting like big boys and girls and use a tingle 2 facial tanner. Just put it on your face and prepare to burn like hell

Ultraviolet #22 is the name of this one. Its a tingle 3+, there are plain tingle 3's but there isn't much difference. Go for the gold. Gold color that is.

15 minutes in a bed with this stuff will be like an eternity in hell. It will be worth it though when your getting laid because of your tan.

This one gets a bigger picture because its the king of lotions, and at $75 a bottle it should be!
